As a distributor of a product, you hope the manufacturer of that product has taken the time and effort to make sure it is safe and properly documented. I’m not sure if something got lost in the translation of this instruction tag, but it’s worth noting that you may also want to read and understand the warning documentation provided with the products you distribute before they reach your customer.
I have been writing operating instructions on a variety of products for over thirty years, but this warning label, if true, is a testimony that common sense is truly dead. If we need this type of warning on children’s apparel then we are all in trouble.
Disclaimer: We live in a world of technological wonders, where photos on the internet may not always as they appear; as may be the case with this clothing tag. I would hope this tag was produced by a creative graphic artist just like I created the Common Sense grave stone.
