Spotlight on Leadership: Russ Green Joins ASAC and Champions the Next Generation of Ag Professionals
American Society of Agricultural Consultants Adds Veteran Machinery Executive
Lexington, KY, May 8, 2025, Russ Green of MACKAYBEN LLC, is proud to announce his official membership in the American Society of Agricultural Consultants (ASAC), a national organization dedicated to upholding the highest standards of professional consulting in agriculture. Russ is a leader in providing expert insights, mentoring, and consulting services across the agricultural sector.
Membership in ASAC recognizes a demonstrated commitment to integrity, objectivity, and excellence in agricultural consulting. ASAC members are held to strict ethical standards and bring a breadth of knowledge and experience across diverse areas of business leadership, agricultural production, economics, sustainability, and rural development.
“Joining ASAC reflects my ongoing dedication to delivering unbiased solutions, mentoring, and coaching that empower young Agri-professionals, agribusinesses, and stakeholders to make informed decisions,” Russ said in a public statement. “I am blessed to be part of a respected community of professionals who share our values of trust, expertise, and service to the agricultural sector. Transforming the next generation of ag professionals into leadership positions is essential to me.”
With this membership, Russ and Mackayben gain access to a national network of experienced consultants and continuing education opportunities, ensuring clients receive the most current and practical agricultural advice.
Russ has been selected as an Executive Ambassador with the AFA, Agriculture Future of America. He has developed a special connection with young collegiate leaders in a network referred to as Stratovation University. Russ connects these future leaders with insights about their industry, career development, and innovations in agriculture.
The American Society of Agricultural Consultants, founded in 1963, comprises members from across the United States and is dedicated to advancing the profession of agricultural consulting through collaboration, education, and ethical practices.
MACKAYBEN LLC, founded in 2012, represents a network of young ag professionals who will represent the Next Generation of AG Leaders. This network represents entrepreneurs and leaders within the strongest agricultural and off-highway businesses in the industry. In addition to being the Managing Director of MACKAYBEN, Russ holds network positions with MAC, the Machinery Advisors Consortium, and is a member of the Board of Advisors of the Stratovation Group.
