EMDA Welcomes New Board Member Nominee: Sean Morrissey
We are excited to introduce Sean Morrissey, one of EMDA’s newest board members! Born and raised in Slater, Iowa, Sean brings a wealth of experience and passion to our organization.
Sean earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science from Iowa State University, which laid the foundation for his early career as a USDA Cropping System Research Technician from 2008 to 2011. He then took on the role of Supervisor of Liquid Fertilizer Operations at CJ Bio America from 2011 to 2014. Since 2014, Sean has been both a sales representative and owner of RM Equipment, where he has worked tirelessly to help farmers meet their equipment needs.
Beyond his professional career, Sean has been deeply involved in his local community in Manson, Iowa, serving as a volunteer firefighter since 2014.
When he’s not working or serving the community, Sean enjoys spending time outdoors. His interests include hunting, fishing, shooting, reloading, and cultivating food plots. He and his wife, Jennifer, are proud parents of two children, Isla and Arlo.
We’re thrilled to have Sean’s expertise, leadership, and dedication on our Board of Directors and look forward to the value he will bring to EMDA. Welcome, Sean!
